shish kabab

ingredients:-

1. 1kg mutton
2. 1tsp. olive oil
3. 1 onion
4.2tsp. salt
5. 3 small tomatoes
6. 3 bellpeppars
7. 1 tsp. organo

preparation instructions:-

cut the meat into 2-3cm dices. add olive oil, salt and onion juice ( slice the onion lengthwise. sprinkle with salt. let stand for 10minutes . rub and squeeze by hand to extract the juice.). leave for 1-2hours. skewer the meat (altenating with the piece of tomatoes aqnd peppers,if wished) leaving 1/2cm between each piece. grill or barbecue fire for 2-3 minutes each side.sprinkle with salt and oregano.
