banana cake


ingredients:-

1. 2cups sliced banana
2. 1cup sugar
3. 1/2cup water
4. 1/2cup butter
5. 1heaping tsp. baking powder

preparation instructions:-

mash banana with sugar; add the water, butter and baking powder and enough flour to make a dough that drops easily from a spoon. bake in shallow pans in quick oven.

chocolate cake

ingredients:-

1. 1cup sugar
2. 1tsp. baking soda
3. 1/2cup butter
4. 1/2 cup sour milk
5. 1/2cup of boiling water
6. 1square beaker"s chocolate
7. 2scant cups of flour

preparation instructions:-

cream sugar and butter; dissolve soda in sour milk and add to sugar and butter.dissolve chocolate in the boiling water and add to the mixture ;stir in the flour and bake 30 minutes in a hot oven.

spaghetti al pomodoro

Try  this Recepie  yummy snacks,Spaghetti al pomodoro.It  falls  in  the  category of  pasta.

Ingredients

1. 5 basil leabes
2. 3 tbsp olive oil
3. 1 pinch of salt
4. 14oz. spaghetti
5. 1 pound tomatoes
6. 1 onion

Instructions:-

1. Bring a  large pot of lightly salted water to boil.add pasta and cook untill al dente.
2. Skin and dice a tomato.
3. chop the onion.
4. Add some oil to a pan and cook until it  is lightly browned.
5. Add tomato , basit and salt.cook until the sauce is  thick.

shish kabab

ingredients:-

1. 1kg mutton
2. 1tsp. olive oil
3. 1 onion
4.2tsp. salt
5. 3 small tomatoes
6. 3 bellpeppars
7. 1 tsp. organo

preparation instructions:-

cut the meat into 2-3cm dices. add olive oil, salt and onion juice ( slice the onion lengthwise. sprinkle with salt. let stand for 10minutes . rub and squeeze )

four cheese pizza


ingredients:-

1. 1large (12 inch ) or 4small (6inch) barboni italian bread shells
2.5ounce pouch boboli pizza sauce
3. 1ounce ricotta cheese
4. 1ounce  parmesan cheese, grated
5. 1ounce kraft natural shredde cheddar cheese
6. 3ounces kraft natural shredded mozzarella cheese

preparation instructions:-

spread pizza sauce then ricotta cheese on the top of bread shell. sprinkle cheese over sauce in order given. bake at 450degrees for 10-15minutes , (5-8minutes for 6inch shells.)


classic pizza


ingredients:-

1. 1platina cooked pizza crust
2. 1/2cup mozzarella cheese
3. 1/4cup parmesan cheese
4. 1/2cup sliced pepperoni
5. 1/2cup lightly steamed mushrooms
6. 1/2 cup green pepper
7. 3/4cup brown ground beef (sliced and crumbled)


preparation instructions:-

lightly coat crust with tomato sause. arrange grated cheese over sauce.( spiced ground beef preparation- brown meat with onion and garlic ( clove ).use either minced garlic  or garlic, salt and other herbs to your liking. addpepper and a little salt to taste.). bake in oven for 10-15minutes or until cheese has melted.

exotic french toast with pears


ingredients:-

1. 1/2cup milk
2. 2eggs
3. 4pcs.sliced white bread
4. 1tbsp butter
5. 2pears
6. 1/2 lb swiss cheese grated

preparation instructions:-

in a mixing bowl, beat together eggs and milk. season with salt and pepper. dip sliced bread in egg-mixture for 4-5minutes. pan-fry in butter until golden brown on both sides. set aside. slice pears in half, remove seeds. cut lengthwise into slices. set aside. in an oven-proof tray, arrange bread on the centre of the plate. top with pear slices, then top generously with grated cheese. broil using top heat until cheese melts. garnish with mint leaves if desired.

tandoori chicken

ingredients:-

1. chicken 1 no.
2. lemon juice 3tsp.
3. red chilli powder 2tsp.
4. curd as per taste
5. garlic paste 1tsp.
6.ginger paste 1tsp.
7. garam masala powder 1/2tsp.
8. mustard oil 1tsp. for tasting
9. salt as per taste

preparation instructions:-

1.skin the chicken and make diagonal incisions all over.
2.mix 1tsp. red chilli powder, salt and 2tsp. lemon juice.apply this to the chicken and leave it for half an hour.
3. hang curd/ yogurt in the muslin cloth for some time. take yogurt in a bowl, add red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala powder and mustard oil, mix well.
4. apply this marinate to the chicken . put the chicken onto the skewer and roast in the tandoor oven.
5. when chicken is almost done, baste it with oil, roast again till done.
6. serve hot with onion slices and lemon wedges.

gajar ka halwa

friends here is the recipe of gajar ka halwa for you people.

ingredients:-

1. 3cups grated carrot
2. 1 1/2 cups half and half cream
3. 6tsp. butter
4. 1cup sugar
5. 10 cashew nuts
6. 15 seedless raisins
7. 10 raw sliced almonds
8. 1/2tsp. cardamom powder

preparation instructions:-

* fry grated carrot in a non-stick pan for 5minutes on high heat while stirring constantly. now add cream and sugar and lower the heat to medium and cook until all the liquids absorbed while stirring occasionally.remove from heat.

* in a small skillet, heat oil and fry cashew nuts until light brown. add raisins and remove from heat.

* add this to the above along with powdered cardamom and chopped almonds. serve hot!

note:-if planning to store, then store the cooked carrot only. add the nuts, raisins, cardamom powder before serving and serve hot.
