yummy kheer recipe

friends, mujhe pata hai ki jaise kheer mera favourite hai waise aapko bhi hoga. aur jab khane ke bad meethe ki jarurat ho toh kheer se behtar aur kya ho sakta hai. toh leejiye friends prastut hai kheer ki recipe:-


ingredients:-

basmati rice (70g)
milk(full cream):-1kg
desi ghee:-1 t.sp.
kaju:-1 t.sp.
kishmish:-1t.sp.
makhane:-half cup
ilaichi:-4-5
sugar:-100g


how to make kheer:-

1.milk ko ek bhagone me boil karne ke liye rakh de.
2.basmati rice ko saaf se dho lein.
3.ek pan me ghee dal kar 5-7 minute ke liye usme basmati rice bhoonein.
4.ab bhoone hue basmati rice ko boiled milk me dal ke achhe se pakaein aur usme sugar add kar  de.
5.rice ke pak jane ke bad usme kaju, kishmish, ilaichi aur makhane daal de.
6.ab is kheer ko garmagaram parose.

vegitable pizza recipe

ingredients:-

pizza base
mixed vegitables (containing capsicum,spring onions,baby corn, cabbage)
1 tsp mixed herbs
salt to taste
tomato ketchup
grated processed cheese

method of preparation:-

1.heat the oil in a pan and toss the vegitable and add the herbs and salt, mix well and saute for five minutes till asll the vegitables are soft.
2. remove the flame and keep it into a plate.
3.apply the tomato sauce over the pizza base.
4.spread the filling equally on the pizza base.
5. sprinkle the cheese on the top.
6.place the pizza in a pan and cook for five minutes on snow flame till the cheese melts.
7.cut the pizza and serve it.
